MHP Headquarters dissolved the provincial and district organizations in Konya as part of the restructuring process within the organizations. With the decision announced by Deputy Chairman Semih Yalçın, the number of provincial organizations dismissed in the last two months has risen to 15. Sedat Göncü was appointed as the Konya Provincial Chairperson.

The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) has initiated a new restructuring in one of its provincial organizations.

KONYA ORGANIZATION DISSOLVED

MHP Deputy Chairman Semih Yalçın announced that the Konya provincial and district organizations have been dissolved. Yalçın stated that the decision was made in accordance with the authority granted by Articles 52 and 54 of the party's bylaws. The statement indicated that Sedat Göncü has been appointed as the Konya Provincial Chairperson.

Yalçın included the following statements in his announcement: "The organs of the Nationalist Movement Party's Konya provincial organization have been dissolved pursuant to the authority granted by Articles 52 and 54 of our party's bylaws, in accordance with the relevant article of our bylaws. Within the framework of the authority granted by the same articles, Sedat Göncü has been appointed as the Nationalist Movement Party Konya Provincial Chairperson."

IT BECAME THE 15TH PROVINCE IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS

With the dissolution of the Konya organization, the number of provincial organizations removed from office in the MHP over the last 2 months has risen to 15. The process began on April 6 with the dissolution of the Istanbul Provincial Organization. Following Istanbul, the provincial organizations of Kütahya, Eskişehir, Kars, Çanakkale, Bilecik, Muğla, Bolu, Ardahan, Bingöl, Antep, Malatya, Isparta, and Urfa were also dissolved by the party administration's decision.
