"WE ARE IN COMMUNICATION WITH OUR IRANIAN COUNTERPARTS"

Yesterday, a missile aimed at our country was destroyed. We are in communication with our Iranian counterparts."
REACTION TO ISRAEL'S ACTIONS AT AL-AQSA MOSQUE
Reacting to Israel's closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Minister Fidan stated, "Israel's closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque to worship is a dangerous step that will trigger a new upheaval in our region."
Fidan also expressed, "We welcomed Minister Rahman's candidacy for the presidency of the 81st UN General Assembly and we support it as a country. We have no doubt that he will successfully carry out this important task. We are concerned about Netanyahu's potential new genocide under the pretext of fighting Hezbollah (in Lebanon)."
