Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi and Justice Minister Akın Gürlek discussed the 'Anti-Fraud Center' project prepared by the Ministry of Interior to combat organized fraud activities carried out over the internet. Minister Çiftçi said, 'We will continue our fight tirelessly by mobilizing all our legal, administrative, and technical capabilities against structures that seek to gain unjust profits by exploiting digital platforms.'
Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi and Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek came together. Minister Çiftçi, commenting on the meeting held at the Ministry of Interior via his social media account, stated, "I was pleased to host our Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek at our ministry. The strong coordination between our Ministries of Interior and Justice in establishing the rule of law and maintaining public order is a manifestation of our deep-rooted state tradition and our awareness of the trust we carry for our nation. These two wings, one overseeing rights and the other order, work shoulder to shoulder for the peace and security of our noble nation. I thank our Minister for his kind visit and valuable assessments. May God never let our state decline, and may He keep our unity and solidarity eternal, God willing."
"FRAUD COMBAT CENTER" PROJECT DISCUSSED Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek met with Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi to discuss the project prepared for the establishment of a Fraud Combat Center.
Held at the Ministry of Interior, the meeting addressed issues such as strengthening cooperation between the two ministries and relevant institutions, improving existing legislation to combat internet-based fraud methods, enhancing technical infrastructure, and increasing inter-institutional coordination.
"WE ARE FURTHER ADVANCING COOPERATION BETWEEN OUR INSTITUTIONS" Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi, in a post on his social media account regarding the matter, stated that they would mobilize all resources to combat structures seeking unjust gains by exploiting digital platforms. Minister Çiftçi noted the following:
"We met with our Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek and discussed our Fraud Combat Center project, which will further strengthen our fight against organized fraud activities conducted over the internet. In line with the strong vision set forth by our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we are further advancing cooperation between our institutions against all types of criminal elements threatening the peace and security of our citizens. We will continue our fight uninterruptedly by mobilizing all our legal, administrative, and technical resources against structures trying to obtain unjust gains by exploiting digital platforms.
