The incident occurred on May 2 at around 23:50 on Galata Street in Yeşilkent Neighborhood. The kitchen window of the apartment was broken by a stone thrown from the street. The residents filed a complaint with the police. Police teams reviewed security camera footage upon the complaint. The investigation revealed that the person who broke the apartment's kitchen window was a woman named S.A. (34), who lives in the building across the same street. S.A., who allegedly committed the act out of jealousy, was taken into custody and referred to the courthouse after the completion of procedures.
