THE UĞUR MUMCU ASSASSINATION

Uğur Mumcu lost his life on January 24, 1993, in Ankara, when a C-4 type plastic bomb placed in his car exploded in front of his house on Karlı Street, resulting in an assassination.

It was claimed that experts who examined the scene immediately after the assassination found no evidence, and that the evidence scattered by the explosion, which needed to be collected with tweezers, was swept away with a broom.
