MİT brought Talip Güler, codenamed Abdüsselam Türki, who was wanted with a red notice and stated to have been active in the DEAŞ's Türkiye structure known as the "Faruk Office," to Türkiye by apprehending him in an operation. It was stated that MİT had long tracked Talip Güler, who was determined to have crossed into Syria in 2014, and that his brother Kasım Güler, known as the DEAŞ's so-called "Türkiye province leader," was also brought to Türkiye in a MİT operation in 2021.
The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) brought Talip Güler, codenamed Abdüsselam Turkey, who was wanted with a red notice for his activities in the Turkey structure of the DAESH terrorist organization known as the "Faruk Office," to Turkey after capturing him.
As a result of MIT's intelligence efforts, it was determined that Talip Güler is the brother of Kasım Güler, who operated as the so-called "Turkey province responsible" of DAESH before 2021 and as the so-called financial responsible of the DAESH/Faruk Office.
IT WAS DETERMINED THAT HE CROSSED INTO SYRIA IN 2014
Within the scope of the conducted operations, it was established that Talip Güler, wanted with a red notice, illegally crossed into Syria in January 2014.
It was determined that Talip Güler carried out his activities in Syria in contact with senior organization figures, primarily his brother Kasım Güler.
HIS BROTHER WAS ALSO CAUGHT IN A MIT OPERATION
Kasım Güler, who was identified as the so-called "Turkey province responsible" of DAESH, was also captured in an operation organized by MIT in 2021 and brought to Turkey.
It was reported that after Kasım Güler's capture, MIT continued its operations against Talip Güler, tracking his activities step by step.
BROUGHT TO TURKEY FROM THE CONFLICT ZONE
It was learned that as a result of MIT's operation, Talip Güler was captured and brought to Turkey from conflict zones.
Security sources stated that intelligence efforts against the foreign structures of the DAESH terrorist organization are being carried out with determination.
