RIGHT WING CONTACTED ANTENNA POLE
According to information obtained; The THY aircraft, a Boeing 777 registered as TC-LKD, performing flight TK2430, took off from Istanbul and landed smoothly at Antalya Airport. However, during the aircraft's transition to the parking position, its right wing contacted the ground radar antenna pole. The impact caused brief moments of panic and fear inside the cabin.
267 PASSENGERS EVACUATED: 1 INJURED
Following the incident, airport teams immediately went on alert. The 267 passengers on board were safely evacuated without any life-threatening situations. It was reported that one passenger, slightly injured during the evacuation, is in good condition and has received the necessary medical support.
