Two people died after a motorcycle overturned in the İskenderun district of Hatay when its driver lost control.

Two people lost their lives when the motorcycle they were on overturned after the driver lost control in the İskenderun district of Hatay.

The accident occurred in the Fatih Sultan Mehmet neighborhood of İskenderun. The motorcycle, driven by Mehmet Örnek, overturned after the driver lost control while in motion. In the accident, motorcycle driver Mehmet Örnek and passenger Yunus Yıldırım were seriously injured.

BOTH COULD NOT BE SAVED DESPITE ALL INTERVENTIONS

Upon citizens witnessing the accident reporting the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The medical teams, arriving quickly at the area, took the seriously injured to the hospital after initial intervention. Despite all interventions at the hospital, Örnek and Yıldırım could not be saved and lost their lives.
