In a statement from the yellow-red club, it was announced that the Istanbul Anatolia 36th Civil Court of First Instance rejected Jose Mourinho's moral compensation lawsuit of 1,907,000 TL against Galatasaray.

Galatasaray's statement also included the court's justification.
The yellow-red club stated, 'The Istanbul Anatolia 36th Civil Court of First Instance rejected the moral compensation lawsuit of 1,907,000 TL filed by Jose Mourinho due to our club's posts in response to his statements made after the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe derby played on February 24, 2025.'
'WAS ASSESSED AS A CRITICAL RESPONSE'
In the continuation of the statement, it was noted that the court did not consider Galatasaray's posts as an attack on personal rights.
In the club statement, it was stated, 'The court assessed Galatasaray's statements not as an unjustified attack on personal rights, but as a critical response to the controversy initiated by Mourinho's own words.'

Jose Mourinho had filed a lawsuit against the yellow-red club following the events after the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe derby played in the Süper Lig.
