In Ankara's Etimesgut district, an EGO bus veered off the road and crashed into the leg of a pedestrian overpass. According to initial assessments, 24 people were injured in the accident. The driver trapped in the bus was rescued and handed over to medical teams.
According to initial findings, 24 people were injured after a municipal bus crashed into the leg of a pedestrian overpass in the Etimesgut district of Ankara.
BUS CRASHED INTO OVERPASS
The EGO bus with route number 530-1, traveling from 2453rd Street in Erler Neighborhood toward Etimesgut, went off the road and crashed into the leg of the pedestrian overpass. Following the accident, police and municipal teams were dispatched to the area.
24 PEOPLE INJURED
The driver, who was trapped in the bus due to the impact, was rescued and handed over to medical teams. According to initial findings, 24 people injured in the accident were taken to hospitals.
