An investigation was initiated this morning by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Nasuh Mahruki, founder of the Search and Rescue Association (AKUT), due to his July 15 post on social media.
A detention order was issued for Mahruki on charges of 'inciting public hatred or hostility.' Mahruki was detained at his home in Istanbul.
