In the Zeytinburnu district of Istanbul, a person experienced horror at the hands of the son of his upper neighbor, with whom he was in a legal dispute over carpet shaking. Servet Dağıeşen, whose home security camera was broken and door damaged, also found a bullet left at his door.
The real estate agent Servet Dağıeşen, who lives in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, has gone to court with his upstairs neighbor Zeynep A. over a carpet shaking issue.
"SHE BROKE THE SECURITY CAMERA AND LEFT A BULLET ON THE DOOR"
During the hearing, Zeynep A.'s son, Bülent A., broke the security camera in front of Dağıeşen's house and scratched the door with a knife. Bülent A. then left a bullet on the door. When Dağıeşen returned home and saw the situation, he filed a criminal complaint with the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
"I FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT TO THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE"
Describing the moments he experienced, Servet Dağıeşen said, "The brief reason for the incident is that I complained to the municipality about the carpet shaking, and because the municipal police first came to his address and warned him, he has harbored animosity against me and has shaken carpets day and night. For this reason, I filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office."
"HE LEFT A 9-MILLIMETER SHELL AND DAMAGED MY WATER METER"
Stating that a shell was left in front of his door, Dağıeşen said, "Criminal cases have been opened against him, and he got angry about this, provoking his son to attack me. He came down the stairs with a baseball bat and repeatedly assaulted my security camera, breaking it and spilling it on the ground, scratched the door with a knife; if I had been home, he could have killed me. In the end, he left a 9-millimeter shell here, damaging my water meter and cutting the cables here before leaving the scene."
