The famous folk singer stated that he invests his earnings in wedding halls, saying, "If there is a job I will do, it is a wedding hall. I have a wedding hall in my hometown. I also have one in Istanbul, in Büyükçekmece Güzelce! So this is the job I will do… Even if I retire from singing folk songs tomorrow, I can still go out and sing at that wedding hall, even if I am not a musician."
