Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that they aim to weaken the Iranian government in the attacks they initiated together with the United States, claiming, "We do not have the goal of dividing Iran." Additionally, Netanyahu threatened the government in Lebanon, where they have expanded their ground invasion, stating that disarming Hezbollah is the responsibility of the Beirut administration; otherwise, Lebanon will face disaster.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made statements regarding the attacks they carried out on Iran and Lebanon in a speech broadcasted on Israeli television.
"WE HAVE NO INTENTION TO DIVIDE IRAN"
Netanyahu, who claimed that they aimed to weaken the Iranian government with the attacks and that they had plans for this, stated, "We have no intention to divide Iran." Addressing the Iranian people, Netanyahu called for an uprising against the government and also asked the members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, whom they targeted with the attacks, to surrender. Netanyahu claimed that the Israeli army had almost completely established air control over the skies of Tehran and threatened to carry out severe attacks on numerous targets.

Netanyahu, who threatened the government in Lebanon where they expanded the ground invasion, stated that the disarmament of Hezbollah was the responsibility of the Beirut administration, otherwise Lebanon would face catastrophe. Netanyahu dedicated a significant portion of his speech to praising U.S. President Donald Trump, with whom they conducted joint attacks against Iran.
U.S.-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN
While negotiations continued between Tehran and Washington, Israel and the U.S. launched a military attack on Iran on February 28. Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where U.S. bases are located, in addition to Israel. In the U.S.-Israel attacks, many high-ranking officials, including Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were killed. Iranian Health Ministry Spokesman Hossein Kermanpur announced that 926 people lost their lives in the U.S.-Israel attacks.
