In the investigation into the structure founded by Süleymancılar leader Alihan Kuriş, a witness identified as G.K. made striking claims regarding overseas money transfers. G.K. alleged that students staying at dormitories in Bucharest were sent to Turkey, with instructions to place dollars, euros, and pounds sterling in their suitcases and 'not to open them until reaching Romania.' The statement identified the detained Ahmet Uğur Pakcan as the key figure in the Romania route.

Striking details have emerged regarding the organization's overseas money flow in the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the structure of Suleymanists' leader Alihan Kuris.

A person identified as G.K., who gave a statement within the scope of the investigation, made significant claims regarding the Romania branch of the structure. G.K., who claimed to have gained information about the organization's commercial activities and money transfers during the period he was a partner in a kebab chain in Bucharest, shared the details of this illegal traffic with the prosecutor's office.

KEY FIGURE OF THE ROMANIA LINE: AHMET UĞUR PAKCAN

According to the testimony of the confessor G.K., the center of activities in Romania is the organization's leader Alihan Kuris's detained right-hand man, Ahmet Uğur Pakcan. It is claimed that Pakcan, shown as the key figure in all Balkan operations, managed the organization's vast financial network under the guise of commercial activities.

As the cornerstone of the financial and commercial network in Romania, Dristor Döner, which has numerous branches in Bucharest, and the Dristor Exchange Office, which is claimed to have directed the money flow, stand out. Additionally, it is stated that student dormitories, for which Ahmet Uğur Pakcan is the sole authorized person, were also used as an important hub for this vast financial network.

"DO NOT OPEN THE SUITCASES UNTIL YOU REACH ROMANIA"

One of the most striking details in the testimony featured in Sabah was about how the foreign currency was smuggled abroad. According to G.K.'s claims, the system was operated by using students staying abroad as couriers. Students staying in the dormitory in Bucharest were sent to Turkey on the pretext of a holiday and were directed to M.A., the organization's lawyer in Istanbul.

According to the claim, during these meetings, large amounts of dollars, euros, and pounds sterling were secretly placed into the students' suitcases. During this process, the students were strictly instructed, "Do not open the suitcases until you reach Romania." It was recorded that the foreign currency, smuggled to Bucharest, was received by the organization's managers there and incorporated into the system.
