A new application is starting for files that take a long time in judicial processes. Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek announced that Alo Adalet 135, where citizens can submit their applications by phone for cases exceeding five years and investigations exceeding three years, will be piloted in three courthouses on September 1.
Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek announced that, in order for citizens to submit their applications regarding long-running case and investigation files more quickly and easily, the Alo Adalet 135 service will be launched as a pilot application as of September 1.
PILOT APPLICATION STARTS IN THREE COURTHOUSES
According to Gürlek's statement, Alo Adalet 135 will initially begin serving at Ankara Batı, İzmir, and Kayseri courthouses.
With the new application, citizens will be able to submit their applications regarding long-running case and investigation files quickly and securely over the phone.
APPLICATIONS CAN BE MADE FOR CASES EXCEEDING FIVE YEARS
Within the scope of Alo Adalet 135, applications can be made regarding case files exceeding five years in first instance courts, regional courts of appeal, and regional administrative courts.
Additionally, the opportunity to apply through the system will be provided for investigation files exceeding three years.
Applications can be made via an artificial intelligence-supported voice assistant or expert representatives.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE FORWARDED TO RELEVANT UNITS
Applications received from citizens will be transferred to the Efficiency Offices of Judicial Services.
If deemed necessary, the files will be evaluated by the relevant court or the chief public prosecutor's office. Information about the process will be sent to citizens via SMS.

Minister of Justice Gürlek stated that the application is part of the goal of making justice services faster, more effective, and more accessible for citizens.
Gürlek expressed that applications facilitating access to justice services and increasing the effectiveness of judicial processes will continue to be implemented.
