Following the building collapse in Zonguldak that killed 74-year-old Türkan Akçaharman Özhan, footage of the structure before it collapsed has emerged. The footage was taken after a partial collapse occurred on October 17 in an unused two-story building on the same street. The footage was also seen to include the three-story building that collapsed on October 21. In inspections carried out after the October 17 collapse, cracks had been detected in the retaining walls.
New footage has emerged regarding the building collapse in Zonguldak, in which 1 person lost their life. In footage recorded on the same street 4 days ago, the collapsed building was also seen.
IT COLLAPSED ON OCTOBER 21
Previous footage of the 3-story reinforced concrete building that collapsed in Meşrutiyet Neighborhood on October 21 at around 17:54 has been obtained. The footage was taken after a partial collapse that occurred on October 17 in an unused 2-story building on Sütliyen Street.
IT APPEARED IN THE FOOTAGE FROM OCTOBER 17
Police and fire crews were dispatched to the area due to the partial collapse on October 17. Inspections identified cracks in the retaining walls. In the footage recorded after the collapse, the building that collapsed on October 21 was seen on the left side.
