A long-standing pasture feud between the Alabayır and Kolsatan neighborhoods in Tuşba district turned into a bloody confrontation at the animal market. A verbal argument that started between the parties at the market in the morning hours quickly escalated into a fight involving stones, clubs, and guns.
MOMENTS OF HORROR ON CAMERA: GUNSHOTS ECHOED
In the newly released footage, dozens of people are seen brutally attacking each other with clubs, and the fight does not stop despite the injured on the ground. At the most critical point of the footage, successive gunshots are heard. With the firing of weapons, citizens at the market are seen fleeing in panic in all directions, as the market place turned into a scene of carnage.

Numerous police teams dispatched to the scene struggled to break up the fight, while medical teams transferred the 13 injured to hospitals in the city. Following the death of a citizen in the brawl, extensive security measures were taken in front of hospitals and at the market area. Due to the heat of the incident, authorities announced the closure of the animal market to prevent a second clash and evacuated the area.
