In the scope of the 5th wave operation of the Gülistan Doku investigation conducted by the Erzurum Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the diver Gürkan Gürdal, who was detained and referred to the on-duty Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest, has been arrested. The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office objected to the judicial control decisions given for Alaattin Kocamemik and Vahit İlgör within the scope of the same investigation.
As part of the 5th wave operation of the Gülistan Doku investigation conducted by the Erzurum Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the frogman Gürkan G. was taken into custody and, upon being referred to the on-duty Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest, he was arrested. The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office also objected to the judicial control decisions issued for Alaattin K. and Vahit İ. within the scope of the same investigation.
10 DETAINEES IN THE 5TH WAVE OPERATION
Within the scope of the Gülistan Doku investigation coordinated by the Erzurum Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, security forces carried out the 5th wave operation. In line with the operation, detention procedures were applied to 10 suspects named in the file.
FROGMAN GÜRKAN GÜRDAL SENT TO PRISON
The frogman Gürkan Gürdal, taken into custody within the scope of the operation, was referred to the courthouse after his statement procedures at the police station were completed. After his prosecutor's interrogation was completed, Gürdal was brought before the on-duty Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest. The judgeship decided to arrest Gürkan Gürdal.
OBJECTION FROM THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE FOR JUDICIAL CONTROL OF TWO SUSPECTS
The procedures within the scope of the file were not limited to Gürdal alone. The Erzurum Chief Public Prosecutor's Office formally objected to the decision regarding Alaattin Kocamemik and Vahit İlgör, who were taken into custody within the scope of the same investigation and were subject to judicial control decisions.
