The man, who had apparently previously said he wouldn't gamble, said, "I'm trying to quit," while his defense about the slip, "That's a five-fold bet, not a six-fold," drew attention.
A messaging exchange between a couple over a horse racing ticket led to amusing moments. The woman said she found the horse racing ticket while checking her husband's pockets before putting his pants in the washing machine, and she confronted him about it.
The woman asked, "A horse racing ticket came out of your pocket; didn't you say you wouldn't play again?" and her husband first replied, "Are you going through my pockets?"
