"Operation against the PKK/KCK's European structure by MIT and the Police"

According to information obtained from security sources, 3 siblings who have been under the long-term surveillance of MIT were captured in a joint operation. Zeynep Taşkıran and Zübeyde Taşkıran, who are actively involved in the European structure of the terrorist organization PKK/KCK, were detained in Istanbul, while Hatın Şahbaz was apprehended in Balıkesir. The terrorists were arrested by the judicial authorities to whom they were referred and sent to prison.

THEY PARTICIPATED IN PROPAGANDA ACTIVITIES IN GERMANY AND PARIS

It has been determined that terrorist Zeynep Taşkıran participated in actions and events organized against Turkey within the framework of the PKK/KCK's structure in France, and that Hatın Şahbaz was involved in propaganda activities deemed significant on certain days conducted on behalf of PKK/KCK, particularly in Cologne, Germany, and Paris, France.

ONE OF THE TERRORISTS OBTAINED GERMAN CITIZENSHIP AND CHANGED HER NAME

It has been learned that Zübeyde Taşkıran, who previously was part of the rural cadre of PKK/KCK, changed her name after obtaining German citizenship and continued her organizational activities under the name "Denise Taşkıran." As a result of the operation against the 3 terrorists who played roles in actions and events conducted on behalf of PKK/KCK in many parts of Europe, a lot of information regarding the organization's European structure was also obtained.
