President Erdoğan reacted strongly to Israel's attacks on Iran: "The attacks are a blatant provocation that disregards international law. The Netanyahu administration is striving to lead our region and the entire world into disaster with its reckless, aggressive, and lawless actions," he said.
In the 300 airstrikes carried out by Israel on the heart of Iran's nuclear program, the Natanz Nuclear Facility was destroyed, and Iranian Chief of General Staff Mohammad Bagheri, Revolutionary Guards Commander Hossein Salami, and six Iranian nuclear scientists were killed. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan reacted strongly on social media to Israel's airstrikes against Iran.
"A CLEAR PROVOCATION"
In his statement, President Erdoğan said: "Israel has taken its strategy of drowning our region, especially Gaza, in blood, tears, and instability to a very dangerous level as of this morning.
The attacks carried out by Israel on our neighbor Iran are a blatant provocation that disregards international law.
These attacks, made during a period when negotiations regarding Iran's nuclear program have intensified and international pressures against inhumane actions towards Gaza have increased, demonstrate Israel's lawless mentality.
"NETANYAHU IS TRYING TO DRAG THE WHOLE WORLD INTO DISASTER"
The Netanyahu administration is recklessly, aggressively, and lawlessly trying to drag our region and the entire world into disaster.
The international community must put an end to Israel's banditry, which targets global and regional stability.
We must prevent the attacks of Netanyahu and the massacre network that set our entire region on fire.
"WE CONDEMN THE DESPICABLE ATTACKS ON IRAN"
We express once again today that we do not want to see more blood, destruction, and conflict in the Middle East.
As Turkey, we condemn the despicable attacks against our neighbor Iran; we pray for mercy for those who lost their lives, wish a speedy recovery to the injured, and extend our condolences to the friendly and brotherly people of Iran."
