There has been a new development regarding Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, who is among the names detained in the Adana-based illegal betting and money laundering investigation. While the processing of the suspects detained in the operation carried out across 21 provinces continues at the police station, it was learned that the prosecutor's request for additional detention time was approved. It was stated that the suspects will be interrogated until Sunday.
An additional detention period has been granted for Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, who is among those arrested in the investigation into "illegal gambling, money laundering, bribery, and qualified fraud" based in Adana. It has been learned that the suspects in custody will be held at the police station until Sunday as part of the investigation.
SIMULTANEOUS OPERATION IN 21 PROVINCES
As part of the investigation coordinated by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, police teams conducted a large-scale operation in 21 provinces centered on Adana. It was stated that the operation targeted a network involved in "illegal gambling," "money laundering," "bribery," and "qualified fraud."
DETENTION ORDER FOR 200 PEOPLE
Within the scope of the investigation, detention orders were issued for a total of 200 people, including Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı. It has been reported that 128 suspects have been apprehended and taken into custody in the operations so far.
POLICE INTERROGATIONS CONTINUE
Journalist Emrullah Erdinç announced on his social media account that an additional detention period had been granted for the suspects. It has been learned that the interrogations of the suspects at the police station are ongoing, and they will be referred to the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office after the procedures are completed.
