The lifeless body of English teacher Rümeysa Güven (29) was found in a river in the Manavgat district of Antalya.

Following reports from those who saw a person motionless on the surface of the water in the Manavgat River in the morning hours, health and Coast Guard teams were dispatched to the area.

An INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED REGARDING THE INCIDENT

The body retrieved from the water by the Coast Guard team was identified as belonging to English teacher Rümeysa Güven. Güven's body was sent to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue to determine the exact cause of death.

An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
