According to the appointment decision published in the Official Gazette, Yunus Arıncı, the President of the State Audit Board, was dismissed. Salih Tanrıkulu, a member of the Board, was appointed as the President of the State Audit Board in place of Arıncı.
The Presidency State Audit Board (DDK) Presidency was assigned to Salih Tanrıkulu. Tanrıkulu's appointment decision was published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to the decision, Yunus Arıncı, the President of the State Audit Board, was dismissed in accordance with Articles 2, 3, and 4 of Presidential Decree No. 3 and Article 10 of Presidential Decree No. 5. Salih Tanrıkulu, a member of the Board, was appointed as the President of the State Audit Board to fill the vacancy.
Salih Tanrıkulu WHO IS SALİH TANRIKULU? Salih Tanrıkulu, born in Ankara in 1974, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences Department of Public Administration in 1996, and then received a master's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in the USA. Starting his public service as an Assistant Expert at the Prime Ministry in 1997, Tanrıkulu served as Revenue Controller, Revenue Administration Group Manager, Tax Chief Inspector, and Deputy Chairman of the Tax Audit Board at the Ministry of Finance since 1998.
Within the scope of his professional activities, Tanrıkulu represented the country in OECD and EU Fiscalis working groups and served as the Financial Advisor to the Permanent Representation of Turkey to the European Union (Brussels) and a member of the NATO Audit Board between 2013 and 2015. Appointed as a member of the Presidency DDK in 2015, Tanrıkulu served as the Chairman of the Extraordinary State of Emergency Procedures Examination Commission from 2017 to January 2023.
