After the statements regarding the money found in the house that Esenyurt Deputy Mayor Yusuf Ulutaş used as a "stash," a new claim came from AK Party member Şamil Tayyar. Tayyar claimed that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan told one of the "influential" figures who intervened on behalf of Ulutaş, "don't get involved in this." Moreover, according to Tayyar, President Erdoğan reacted to everyone at the MYK meeting.

Following the developments regarding Esenyurt Deputy Mayor Yusuf Ulutaş, a striking claim came from AK Party member Şamil Tayyar about President Erdoğan's stance.

HE CLAIMED PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN SAID 'DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN THIS'

AK Party member Şamil Tayyar claimed that one of the figures trying to reach President Erdoğan for Yusuf Ulutaş was turned away. In his latest statement, Tayyar used the following expressions: 'I just learned. Our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan dismissed one of the 'well-connected' figures who stepped in for Esenyurt Deputy Mayor Yusuf Ulutaş by saying 'do not get involved in this.'

CLAIM THAT HE DELIVERED HARSH MESSAGES AT THE LAST MYK MEETING

In the continuation of the statement, AK Party member Şamil Tayyar also made the following claims regarding President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's stance at the AK Party Central Executive Committee (MYK) meeting: 'At the last MYK meeting too, he scolded almost everyone and gave harsh messages about the fund operation. It is clear that he is very determined, and just as angry, in the face of what he saw from those he did not expect.'

'MY HOPES HAVE INCREASED THAT THE SCALPEL WILL BE DRIVEN DEEPER'

In the last part of AK Party member Şamil Tayyar's claims, the message regarding the high profits obtained from market transactions stood out. 'The stance is very clear and precise: 'We will make whoever multiplies his 3 lira to 10 or 30 through market swindles pay the price for this exorbitant gain.' Therefore, my hopes have increased that the scalpel will be driven deeper, even deeper.'

WHAT HAPPENED?

Bundles and bundles of money and luxury watches had been found in the house that Esenyurt Deputy Mayor Yusuf Ulutaş was said to have used as a 'stash.' According to the MASAK report, it was stated that Ulutaş's money movement, which was 10.6 million lira in 2024, rose to 231 million lira in 2025.
