A branch of a major supermarket chain in Gaziantep was sealed again after a second inspection by Sahinbey Municipality teams determined that it was selling products that threaten public health.
In previous inspections by municipal teams, it was found that the branch was offering spoiled and expired products for sale, and the business was temporarily closed as a result.
SAME PICTURE IN THE SECOND INSPECTION
After a period of time, teams conducted another inspection at the same branch and this time identified that spoiled and moldy products were still on sale.
Following these findings, Sahinbey Municipality teams temporarily sealed the branch for the second time and suspended its operations.
INSPECTIONS CONTINUE
The municipality has stated that it will continue food inspections aimed at protecting public health without interruption.
