Seda Sayan drew attention to the crowded and living conditions in Istanbul, advocating for the proposal that 'Istanbul should be entered with a passport.'
Seda Sayan, who made headlines with her comments on social media and YouTube programs, drew attention this time with her remarks about the crowds of Istanbul.
“YOU MUST ENDURE BOTH THE SMELL AND THE CROWD”
Sayan, known for her meticulousness, touched on the density and odor in public transportation, saying, “You have to endure the smell and the crowd on the metro. You will come standing or sitting; shouldn't Istanbul tire people out?”
“YOU WILL ISSUE A PASSPORT TO ISTANBUL”
In her comments, the famous singer also made a striking proposal, stating, “Some smell of sweat, some smell of something else, some smell of thinner. That’s life. Do you know what you’ll do? You will issue a passport to Istanbul. No extra people will enter, and the population will decrease.”
EMPHASIS ON ŞENGÖR
Sayan noted that this view was previously expressed by Prof. Dr. Celal Şengör, saying, “Istanbul is such a beautiful place that in Istanbul, there are no locals from Istanbul; everyone is there.”
