The mystery surrounding the incident of 63-year-old Musa Çağlar, who was reported to have committed suicide in Kırıkkale 3 days ago, has been unraveled by JASAT teams. Investigations by the teams determined that Çağlar died after falling from a balcony during a fight. One of the two suspects detained in connection with the incident has been arrested.
A horrifying incident occurred in the village of Faraşlı, connected to the Sulakyurt district of Kırıkkale, on April 25th. According to information obtained, a fight broke out between Musa Çağlar (63) and G.Ö. for an unknown reason.
DETERMINED TO HAVE FALLEN FROM THE BALCONY DURING THE FIGHT
The argument between the two individuals, who were reportedly under the influence of alcohol, soon turned into a fight. During the brawl, Çağlar and G.Ö. fell from the first-floor balcony to the ground. As a result of the fall, Çağlar, who ended up under G.Ö., died at the scene. G.Ö. survived the incident without injury.
Upon notification, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the village. After the crime scene investigation team's work, Çağlar's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy. In a detailed examination conducted by JASAT teams, it was determined that the incident was not a suicide. It was established that Çağlar fell from the balcony during the fight and died after being crushed under G.Ö., who fell on top of him.
ONE SUSPECT ARRESTED
Within the scope of the investigation, A.Ç. and G.Ö. were detained. After their procedures at the gendarmerie, they were referred to the courthouse. A.Ç. was released under judicial control and a travel ban abroad. G.Ö. was arrested on charges of "intentional killing" and sent to prison.
Musa Çağlar's body was laid to rest in the village of Faraşlı after legal procedures.
