Diagnosed with breast cancer, Selcan Asyalı made a statement about her health status on her social media account.

The singer, who said, "Today is an important day for us," added, "You have followed my process with me. Your messages revived me when I was tired, and I experienced great awareness; I realized I have wonderful friends, as well as some who are hollow... I have fought a great battle in every sense in the last two years... Selcan's second and new version is on the way. Today, I am on my way to Ege University Medical Faculty to get my genetic test results. I will find out when the guest in my right breast will leave, or if it will leave with the help of the doctors... I gave blood four months ago, and today I will receive the results.
