Kumru Mayor Yusuf Yalçuva, stating that the district's population has declined in recent years, said, "The population of our Kumru has decreased from 33,000 to 28,000. We decided to launch a campaign to produce a solution to this situation. We were inspired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's statements on strengthening the family structure. The incentive package we prepared was implemented with the decision of the municipal council. Incentives will increase gradually. The supports determined within the scope of the program are: 50,000 TL for families with 3 children, 100,000 TL for those with 4 children, 150,000 TL for those with 5 children, and 200,000 TL for those with 6 children. Incentives will continue to increase according to the number of children. We will carry out this process together with the people of Kumru. Incentives will continue to increase according to the number of children. Job opportunities at the municipality will be provided to those with 8 children, and a new car will be given to families with 10 children," he said.

Yalçuva, stating that supports for young people will also continue, noted that they will continue to contribute to engagement and wedding organizations within the limits of their means as a municipality.

"I GAVE THE GOOD NEWS TO THE MAYOR, HE HIRED ME"

Besim Arişel, who stated that he started working because his wife is pregnant with their 8th child, said that his 8th child is on the way and that he benefited from the municipality's family incentive program. Arişel said, "I was hired at the Kumru Municipality. My wife is pregnant with our 8th child. I gave the good news to our Mayor. May God be pleased with him, he did not refuse us; he hired me as staff. Our goal is to have 10 children and get the car, God willing. May God be pleased with our Mayor."

"I HAVE 4 CHILDREN BUT EFFORTS WILL CONTINUE"

Coşkun Kınalı, a district resident, stated that he finds the implementation positive, noting that it will contribute to population growth. Kınalı said, "Our Mayor Yusuf, who always does firsts, has again created a first in Turkey. He announced that he will give additional rewards to those with 10 children and provide various supports for families with 4, 5, and 6 children. I think this implementation is an important support for increasing the population of our district and our country. We also support it. For now, we are stuck with 4 children, but efforts will continue, God willing."

Ali Karavelioğlu, a district tradesman, stating that a significant project has been undertaken as a first in Turkey, said, "I congratulate our Mayor for this. He has undertaken an important project that is a first in Turkey. I thank him. There was a need for such a study to increase the district's population. Therefore, I especially congratulate our Mayor."
