JUMPED WITH HER CHILD
The incident occurred around noon in a housing complex in the Akkent neighborhood of Şahinbey district. According to claims, Zeliha B. (32), holding her 4-year-old son A.B., jumped from their 8th-floor apartment for an unknown reason. After citizens noticed the incident and reported it to the 112 Emergency Call Center, numerous medical and police teams were dispatched to the complex.
MOTHER DEAD, SON SERIOUSLY INJURED
Following the initial intervention by teams at the scene, the mother Zeliha B. and her son A.B., both in critical condition, were taken to Gaziantep City Hospital. Mother Zeliha B. died despite all medical interventions at the hospital. It was noted that her injured son A.B.'s treatment continues at the hospital. The deceased woman's body was taken to the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Institute morgue. A comprehensive investigation into the incident has been launched.
