Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that an investigation has been initiated against famous influencers Cansum Kaya and Sinan Kaya due to their posts on the social media platform TikTok.

In the statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that an ex officio investigation was initiated against Cansum Kaya and Sinan Kaya for the crime of "inciting the public to hatred and hostility" within the scope of Article 216 of the Turkish Penal Code (TPC).
THEY WERE DETAINED
In the statement, it was also reported that the two suspects were detained in line with the instructions of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
