A female citizen who recorded the lack of sound insulation in her residence with her mobile phone camera shared a video with the note "Private life in Fikirtepe," which quickly received thousands of interactions.

This problem, especially in projects sold with the promise of luxury concepts and high living standards, has also brought discussions about construction quality and supervision. Homeowners and tenants, who state that privacy is gone and comfort areas are restricted, are expecting an urgent solution to the insulation problem from project development companies and site managements.
