Galatasaray's head coach Okan Buruk has taken strict measures at the Kemerburgaz Facilities to prevent information leaks during the preparations for the Fenerbahçe derby. Here are the precautions taken and the imposed bans...
Galatasaray's technical staff has taken action ahead of the critical Galatasaray - Fenerbahçe derby on April 26th, which is expected to largely resolve the championship knot in the Süper Lig.
MARTIAL LAW WITHIN THE FACILITY
The fight initiated by Galatasaray Head Coach Okan Buruk against the leakage of tactical plans and squad preferences has gained a new dimension. Following the parting of ways with some club employees to prevent news leaks, radical rules have been implemented at the facilities. Watching the field during tactical training sessions is now strictly prohibited for facility personnel.
ENTRY AND EXIT RESTRICTED BEFORE THE DERBY
As part of the preparations for the Fenerbahçe derby, entries to the facilities have also been brought under control. No guests are allowed inside without special approval from the management. From the players' close circle, only spouses and children will be permitted entry.
RECORDING IMAGES IS BANNED
In the tactical training sessions held in the final moments, no one other than the club's official photographers will be allowed to take photos or videos. It is planned to make this "preparation behind closed doors" model, implemented upon Okan Buruk's instruction, permanent as long as the successful coach remains in his position.
