The investigation into the concert organized by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality was completed yesterday, and an indictment was prepared against 14 individuals, seeking up to 18 years in prison. Following this development, the ABB canceled the tender for the concert where Melek Mosso was set to perform. The announcement published in the EKAP included the phrase "cancellation of the concert."
The ABB Department of Culture and Social Affairs announced on October 3 that the tender for the concert planned to feature Melek Mosso would be held on October 17 at 11:30 AM through an open bidding process.

However, according to the announcement on the Electronic Public Procurement Platform (EKAP), ABB has canceled the tender for the Melek Mosso concert.
In the announcement on EKAP, the reason for the cancellation of the tender was stated as, "Due to our administration's decision to abandon the organization of the concert by artist Melek Mosso, there is no longer a need for the procurement of this service." No statement has been made by ABB regarding the cancellation of the tender.

Just before this development, it was learned that the investigation into the concert related to the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality had been completed. An indictment was prepared against 14 individuals. For the suspects, including municipal officials who are currently detained, a prison sentence of up to 18 years has been requested.
