The Central Executive Board (MYK) of the CHP convened under the chairmanship of CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. The meeting, held at CHP Headquarters, lasted 2 hours. It has been decided to refer Mersin Mezitli Mayor Serkan Tuncer and Bolu Mayor Tanju Özcan to the High Disciplinary Board with a request for a precautionary definitive expulsion penalty."
Serkan Tuncer ÖZCAN RESIGNED FROM CHP Tanju Özcan, who was suspended from duty after being arrested as part of the investigation against him, made a statement. Stating that he resigned from the CHP, Özcan said: "The collaborator trustee and his gang have referred me to the YDK. I will not submit a defense to the so-called YDK of an appointed trustee. At this point, I am resigning from CHP membership until the political junta occupation ends."
