The accident occurred on İpek Yolu in Gaziantep. According to claims, the light commercial vehicle with plate 06 AS 0359, whose tire burst while in motion and whose driver's identity has not yet been determined, lost control and hit the leg of the overpass, sticking into it like an arrow.
2 PEOPLE DIED AT THE SCENE
After the terrible accident, medical, fire and police teams were dispatched to the scene following a report made to the 112 Emergency Call Center. While police teams took security measures around the area, medical teams determined in their checks that 2 people died at the scene. The 2 seriously injured people were taken to hospital by ambulances after their first interventions.
The bodies of those who died in the accident were taken to the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Institute to identify them after examinations.
