HE WAS ON HOLIDAY WITH HIS FAMILY
The incident occurred on August 26 at an accommodation facility in Istanbuldere Neighborhood. According to the information obtained, 4-year-old M.A.C., who was staying at the facility with his family, fell into the pool of the bungalow for a reason that has not yet been determined.
THE FAMILY, WHO NOTICED, INTERVENED IMMEDIATELY
The family, realizing that the child was in danger of drowning in the pool, intervened and pulled the child out of the water. Upon the report, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the address. The child, who received first aid from the health teams that arrived at the scene, was taken to Sapanca District State Hospital.
LOST HIS WEEK-LONG FIGHT FOR LIFE
M.A.C., who was saved here as a result of the intensive intervention of doctors, was referred to Sakarya Training and Research Hospital for detailed treatment. The child, who was taken under treatment there, lost his life about a week later despite all the interventions.
