Windy Rahma Putri, 25, who was spending time with her friends at Robo Waterfall in Indonesia's West Sumatra region, lost her balance after being caught by the water current. The young woman's lifeless body, after being swept from the waterfall and falling onto the rocks, was found as a result of the work carried out by search and rescue (SAR) teams.
A tragic accident occurred at the famous Robo Waterfall in the Limapuluh Kota region of West Sumatra province, Indonesia. Windy Rahma Putri, 25, who was spending time with her friends in the waterfall area, was suddenly caught by a strong current while sitting in the area where the water flows.

The moments when she lost her balance and was dragged down the waterfall by the severe water current were recorded second by second with a mobile phone camera by people nearby. Her friends, who saw the young woman fall from the rocks and disappear in the current, immediately reported the situation to search and rescue teams.
HER LIFELESS BODY WAS FOUND
National Search and Rescue Agency (SAR) teams dispatched to the scene upon the report launched an extensive operation in the area. As a result of the search efforts carried out by the teams in the rocky areas and around the waterfall, the lifeless body of the 25-year-old young woman was reached.
Local authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
