It was announced that the phenomenon, who had thousands of followers on Instagram, passed away on October 3rd. In an interview last September, Dutra had mentioned experiencing serious infection symptoms after the aesthetic procedure.

Dutra's close friend Gean Souza stated in an interview with the Brazilian press that the famous figure's health condition had worsened in recent days, saying, "Junior fell ill, he was having difficulty breathing. He was taken to the emergency room on October 3rd but could not be saved. He had been feeling unwell since the operation, and his condition deteriorated last week." Souza mentioned that Dutra had contracted an infection after the surgery and that this situation had worsened over time.
DOCTOR'S STATEMENT: ALLEGATIONS ARE BASELESS
Junior Dutra had claimed that he contracted an infection after the "fox eyes" operation performed by Dr. Fernando Garbi in March. However, Dr. Garbi described these allegations as "baseless" in a statement made through his lawyer.
HE HAD REQUESTED AN INVESTIGATION BEFORE HIS DEATH
It has come to light that the Brazilian phenomenon had applied to the 15th Police Station in São Paulo to request an official investigation into the doctor who performed the operation shortly before his death.
