Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek announced that the Alo Adalet 135 hotline, which was put into pilot implementation at 3 courthouses on September 1, has been made available at all courthouses in 81 provinces as of today.
Minister Gürlek, in a statement on his social media account titled "Alo Adalet 135 is now in 81 provinces," stated that access to justice would become easier.
ALO ADALET LINE HAS STARTED RECEIVING APPLICATIONS
Gürlek, who stated that since the day he took office as Minister of Justice they have been working with all their strength to increase citizens' satisfaction with justice services, explained that by establishing the Alo Adalet 135 line, they created a communication channel through which citizens could submit applications regarding case files lasting more than 5 years and investigation files lasting more than 3 years.
Emphasizing that through the application they would securely provide citizens with access to information about their ongoing files, effectively monitor delays, and contribute to speeding up judicial processes, Gürlek noted:

"On September 1, we put the Alo Adalet 135 line into pilot implementation in the courthouses of Ankara Batı, İzmir and Kayseri; as of today, we are making it available to our citizens in all courthouses in our 81 provinces. Under the strong leadership of our esteemed President, in line with our goal of 'making the Century of Türkiye the century of justice,' we will resolutely continue our reforms that facilitate access to justice and increase the effectiveness of judicial services."
