According to a report by JoongAng Daily, one of the respected media outlets in South Korea, the police have uncovered shocking artificial intelligence manipulations in the case involving the famous actor.
BEHIND THE SCANDAL: RECORDS SHARED ON YOUTUBE
Everything started with allegations shared last year by an individual named Kim Se-eui, who creates content on the YouTube platform. The post claimed that the famous actor Kim Soo-hyun had a relationship with another actor during a period when they were not yet of legal age. As evidence, screenshots of messages and audio recordings allegedly belonging to the pair were presented. Following these allegations, the famous actor's career turned upside down almost overnight.
POLICE REPORT REVEALS THE TRUTH
Following the allegations, the South Korean police launched an in-depth investigation and reached striking findings during their examination of the digital materials.
According to the police report:
Messages are fake: The original names were changed in the chat records, and the conversation partner was deliberately made to appear as Kim Soo-hyun.
Voices were cloned: All of the shared audio recordings were produced from scratch using advanced artificial intelligence technology.

PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE TAKES ACTION
After the artificial intelligence conspiracy was revealed, the South Korean Prosecutor's Office wasted no time and pressed the button. An arrest warrant was requested for the YouTuber who spread the said fake content, on charges of "illegal filming and distribution of images." The court is expected to make a decision on the arrest warrant for the suspect within the next week.
