SEARCH OPERATIONS CONTINUED FOR DAYS
Previously, search operations for Kabaiş, who was found with a mobile phone and headphones on the beach, were carried out continuously in both the lake and coastal areas with the participation of special teams formed under the coordination of the Van Governorship.
NEARLY 100 SAMPLES SENT TO ISTANBUL
Kabaiş's lifeless body was found on the shores of Lake Van in the Mollakasım neighborhood of the Tuşba district. After the examinations conducted by the teams at the scene, Kabaiş's body was taken to the Van Forensic Medicine Institution by a funeral vehicle. According to a report in the Sabah newspaper, nearly 100 samples taken after the preliminary autopsy examination were sent to the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institution.
THE CAUSE OF DEATH HAS BEEN DETERMINED
After nearly 100 samples sent to the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Center were examined, the results were sent to the Van Forensic Medicine Institution. The forensic report revealed that Rojin Kabaiş died by drowning in Lake Van.
