The child who was drifting out to sea with a lifebuoy in Yalova was rescued.

A child who drifted 700 meters away from the shore with a lifebuoy in Altınova district of Yalova was rescued by lifeguards with a boat.

According to the information received, the child drifted about 700 meters away from the shore while swimming with a lifebuoy at Hersek Beach. The child experienced moments of fear in the middle of the sea. Upon the incident, lifeguards working at Hersek Beach went to the child with a boat. The team first took the child onto the boat and then brought him to the shore and handed him over to his family.

After the incident, lifeguards emphasized the importance of being cautious about rip currents and not leaving children alone in the sea without adult supervision.
