Following the warning from the Israel Nagel Committee regarding preparations for war with Turkey, the Israel Hayom newspaper, close to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, stated that Israel is concerned about Turkey's actions in Syria. An article in the newspaper mentioned that Turkey has become an effective power in Syria, and this situation is a source of concern for Israel.

After the warning from the Israel Nagel Committee's government regarding preparations for war with Turkey, a new development has occurred. The Israel Hayom newspaper, known for its closeness to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, reported that the Tel Aviv administration is concerned about Turkey's maneuvers in Syria.

"TURKEY IS TRYING TO TURN SYRIA INTO A CLIENT STATE"

The report stated that following the collapse of the 61-year-old Baath regime, it is claimed that "Turkey is trying to replace Russia and Iran by turning Syria into a client state," which has become "an increasingly worrying source" for Israeli officials.

The report also suggested that an unnamed Israeli political official stated that "Turkey's activities in Syria" have become "one of the most important priorities for Tel Aviv in recent days."

CLAIM OF TWO CRITICAL MEETINGS

It was claimed that the Israeli administration is also planning "two critical meetings in the coming days" to address "Turkey's maneuvers in Syria." It was asserted that one of these meetings would take place at the Ministry of Defense and the other under the leadership of Prime Minister Netanyahu.

"IT IS KEEPING ISRAELI LEADERS AWAKE AT NIGHT"

It was noted that Israeli officials believe Turkey has become the most effective power in Syria following the fall of the Assad regime. The report stated that the recent developments in Syria and the actions of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan have "caused sleepless nights for Israel's political and security leaders."

According to the reported claims, Tel Aviv is "preparing for the possibility of Turkey becoming a strategic threat," and Israeli officials believe that "Turkey's maneuvers in Syria have the potential to create severe friction between the two countries."

"DOES NOT WANT TO CONFRONT ANKARA"

The report pointed out that Israel has had a long-standing relationship with the terrorist organization PKK/YPG, noting that Tel Aviv does not want to confront Ankara directly on this issue. Following the recent developments in Syria, there has been a noticeable increase in news about Turkey in the Israeli press.

CONTROVERSIAL CALL FROM THE NAGEL COMMITTEE

According to a report published this week in the Jerusalem Post, the Nagel Committee, established by Netanyahu's directive, had submitted a report stating that the Tel Aviv administration should be prepared for "a possible war" with Turkey.
