In recent months, a name change is being made for Koza Altın, which was transferred to the Wealth Fund. In a statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was announced that a name change was decided by presidential decree, and the new name of the company will be "Turkish Gold Enterprises Inc."



The terrorist organization FETÖ fugitive Akın İpek's trial related to FETÖ has led to the name change of Koza Altın, which was transferred to the Treasury in 2015 and appointed a trustee, and recently transferred to the Wealth Fund.

The name change will be published in the Trade Registry Gazette with the approval of the shareholders at the first general assembly, along with the relevant permits.
