The young physician's reproachful words shared on social media, saying "Is the problem with me?," brought working conditions in the healthcare sector back to the agenda.
A dentist who could not endure the heavy working conditions and impositions beyond their job description at the private dental clinic where they had just started, resigned only 36 hours after starting the job. The young physician's post describing the grievances they experienced has reopened the debate on the exploitation system and employment problems in the health sector.
The negative working conditions that new graduates and young physicians are subjected to in the private health sector have once again created a stir on social media. A young dentist, who was astonished by the situation they encountered at the clinic where they started working, decided to leave their position before even completing their second day.

The aggrieved physician, who voiced the disorganization and inconsistencies they experienced following the resignation decision, described the clinic's management structure and inadequate staffing situation with these words: "The situation is terrible, there are two branches. We work with 7 dentists and 1 assistant. They don't even have an accountant. They hire dentists and pay minimum wage."

The young physician, emphasizing that the clinic management expected doctors to undertake tasks outside their own professional field in return for minimum wage, stated that professional dignity was disregarded: "They want you to be both an assistant and a banker.
