The statement said, "The tender announcement for the privatization of the Çayırhan Thermal Power Plant and the mining areas supplying coal to the plant was published in the Official Gazette dated 17.09.2024, and the deadline for submitting final bids was set as 04.12.2024. Our administration is showing due diligence to ensure that the privatization process is conducted effectively, efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with the law. Taking into account the issues raised in the public domain; -The subjects of the tender will be reviewed and reassessed, -The demands of our employees will be examined and evaluated, the deadline for submitting final bids in the said tender has been extended to Tuesday, March 4, 2025, until 18:00," it was stated.
