The incident that occurred in the Dindori district of Madhya Pradesh, India, has sparked significant outrage. Following allegations that a pregnant woman was forced to clean the bloody hospital bed of her husband, who died after being attacked, a doctor and two nurses have been suspended from duty. The events unfolded as follows: 40-year-old Shivraj Marawi and his family were attacked by a group of 25 people, including relatives, due to a land dispute in the village of Lalpur Sani on Thursday evening. Shivraj died shortly after being taken to the Gardasari Health Center for treatment. A video that emerged on Friday shows his five-month-pregnant wife, Roshni, being forced to clean the bloody hospital bed immediately after her husband's death. On Saturday, the Dindori Health Director decided to transfer the doctor involved in the incident and suspend the two nurses from duty. The warning letter published on November 2 stated: "In the viral video on social media dated October 31, it is seen that the wife of the deceased was made to clean the hospital bed at the Gadasarai Primary Health Center. Although the cleaning of health facilities in the region is done through outsourced services, it is unfortunate that the wife of the deceased was made to clean the hospital bed."
